11:00am - Check-in at The La Quinta Country Club Clubhouse (food & drinks provided)

11:00am - Silent Auction Open

12:15pm - Cart parade to starting holes

12:30pm - Shotgun start

5:00pm - Cocktails & silent auction (all are welcome)

6:00pm - Dinner catered by The La Quinta Country Club (all are welcome)

Following dinner - Awards ceremony (all are welcome)

Additional Information

  • All day party for non-golfers begins at check-in (11:00am)

  • Mulligans will be available for purchase

  • Beverage carts and refreshment stations will be located throughout the course

  • Cheating is heavily frowned upon and will be punished

  • Respect the Course, have fun, play fast, play well. In that order.
